Express / Standard Delivery (between 1-3 days)
Delivery charges vary depending on our products and specific delivery charges will be displayed on product pages and the checkout page.
Delivery period is between Monday to Friday
Please note that our delivery service may be affected over bank holidays, festive and national holidays.
Please note: Unfortunately, we are currently unable to ship to: Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scilly Islands, Scottish Islands, PO Boxes and British Forces Post Office locations
An extended delivery period may apply to the Scottish Highlands

Full refund of the product is eligible if you have told us within 14 days of receiving your goods. You will have another 14 days to return the goods back to us
Once we receive your returned product, you will receive your refund within 14 days
Please note that you are responsible for the costs of returning items. If you choose for us to arrange for them to be collected and/or shipped, the return shipping charge can vary between £5 – £15 for small parcel courier services and from £65 – £95 for large parcel courier services. This cost will be deducted directly from your refund. Collection of the product(s) will only take place from the delivery address to which they were delivered
Products that are returned should be new, unused, in re-saleable condition and in the original packaging
Returns can only be accepted by the customer who has purchased the product
However, if your item is damaged or defective, these exceptions do not apply. In this case, we’ll take care of it and work with you to find the best solution
