Once you have placed an order for goods (and delivery, if applicable) we will send you confirmation that your order has been received but this is not a confirmation that your offer to purchase the goods (or for them to be delivered) has been accepted. Conformity of goods

We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct. Furthermore, while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used to view the products.

Stock availability

We endeavour to display all items currently available on our website, and aim to hold stock of all variants while a product is active. Occasionally, an item will be out of stock. If this is the case and we expect more stock to become available. However, if a product is truly out of stock, you will not be able to add it to your shopping basket.

Your right to cancel

You have a legal right to change your mind and cancel your order within 14 days of receipt and receive a refund of all charges for the cancelled goods and the delivery charges. We will process the refund without delay and in any event not later than (a) 14 days after the day we receive back from you any products supplied; or (b) if there were no products supplied, 14 days after the day on which we receive your cancellation notification. Recycle your electrical and electronic devices free at your local recycling centre. To find your nearest centre, visit the Recycle More website and type in your postcode.

Why recycle?

Unwanted electrical equipment is the UK’s fastest growing type of waste. Many electrical items can be repaired or recycled, saving natural resources and the environment. If you do not recycle electrical equipment will end up in landfill where hazardous substances will leak out and cause soil and water contamination – harming wildlife and also human health. We’re proud to support your local authority in providing local recycling facilities for electrical equipment. To remind you that old electrical equipment can be recycled, it is now marked with the crossed-out wheeled bin symbol. Please do not throw any electrical equipment (including those marked with this symbol) in your bin.

What is WEEE?

The Waste Electrical or Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive requires countries to maximise separate collection and environmentally friendly processing of these items.

How are we helping?

In the UK, distributors including retailers must provide a system which allows all customers buying new electrical equipment the opportunity to recycle their old items free of charge. As a responsible retailer, we have met the requirements placed on us by financially supporting the national network of WEEE recycling centres established by local authorities. This is achieved through membership of the national Distributor Take-back Scheme (DTS). Warranty

We believe in the high-quality build of our products. We offer 1 year warranty on all our products.

What is covered?

Desk frames: frames, electronics, and motors. We cover any defects or malfunctions in the desk frame including the motor, metal/aluminium components, controller, switch, electronics, and mechanisms.

Desk tops: we cover any desktops that are rendered unusable as a result of a manufacturer’s defect or damage in shipping.

Accessories: we warrant that our accessories are free from any defects in materials or workmanship.

What is not covered?

This warranty does not cover any problems which result from improper set-up, unauthorised modification, normal wear and tear, abuse, or force majeure (such as hurricane or floods). Imperfections that occur naturally, such as those sometimes found in reclaimed or solid woods, do not qualify for repairs or replacements. Regardless of how carefully you use, or how well you care for your desktop, it will eventually begin to show age and wear. Also, consequential (the cost of repairing or replacing other property damaged in the event of our product malfunctioning) and incidental (loss of time, loss of use) damages are not recoverable under this warranty.

How long does the coverage last?

The cover begins from the day your receive your order and is warranted to the original owner only.

What will we do?

In the case of any defect product received, please take a picture of the defect product received and send an email to info@neumodo.com including your order number. We will then evaluate the fault and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

For products still covered under the warranty, we will cover the cost of returning the product back to us. For products that fall outside the warranty period, you must pay the shipping costs for the replacement.
