Free Standard Delivery (between 2-5 working days)
Delivery period is between Monday to Friday
Please note that our delivery service may be affected over bank holidays, festive and national holidays.
Please note: Unfortunately, we are currently unable to ship to: Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scilly Islands, Scottish Islands, PO Boxes and British Forces Post Office locations
Couriers just deliver the goods to your postal address.
An extended delivery period may apply to the Scottish Highlands
If insufficient delivery address information is provided at time of order, we will contact you by email to retrieve the full delivery address.

Full refund of the product is eligible if you have told us within 14 days of receiving your goods. You will have another 14 days to return the goods back to us
Once we receive your returned product, you will receive your refund within 14 days
Please note that you are responsible for the costs of returning items
Products that are returned should be new, unused, in re-saleable condition and in the original packaging
Returns can only be accepted by the customer who has purchased the product
However, if your item is damaged or defective, these exceptions do not apply. In this case, we’ll take care of it and work with you to find the best solution
